Grace Hmong Alliance Church (GHAC)

Grace: This is a free gift from God. It is the unmerited and undeserved favor of God to all those who have life so that they may exalt His son Jesus Christ--the one who has paved the way to the Father. Because grace is a gift, there is nothing that we as humans can do to earn it. And so in this very same way Grace is a common theme in our many ministries and expressions of worship.

Hmong: The Hmong people are rich in culture, history and are very family-orientated. Like the Hebrews in the Old Testament, the Hmong people have a long story of suffering, persecution, courage and triumph that many in the world have yet to know. Because of the nature of this history it is only by God’s grace that many Hmong people continue to exist as they do. At Grace Hmong Alliance Church, though we largely reach out to the Hmong people, we know there is an ever-growing younger generation that also yearns and seeks to connect with our other brothers and sisters in Christ of all ages and backgrounds. Because of this, we are not only limited to Hmong services and devotions, but also English services as well. We specialize in what we call “Hmonglish” to channel the Word of God to our older Hmong generation and more younger English-driven generation.

Alliance: The U.S. Christian & Missionary Alliance is part of a Christ-centered global movement of more than 6 million strong. Our Acts 1:8 family—inspired by Jesus’ love and empowered by His Spirit—is passionate to bring the Good News about Him to our neighborhoods and eventually to the ends of the earth.

Church: As revealed in His word, the church is a mandate from God. It is more than a building and more than just Sunday worship. As such, the church is God’s will to have man seek after Him. We exist because of God’s grace and because of that grace, we choose to share it with others. We pray that as you learn more about us, you will see the grace and love of God amongst us as we live this life that Christ have called us to live.

Savior Acts 4:12 × Jesus Christ is our Savior. Acts 4:12 - And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. The Name of Jesus has impacted lives around the world for more than 2,000 years. He is a universal Savior, promising that: "whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." Jesus is an exclusive Savior. “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name in heaven given to men by which we must be saved” Acts 4:12. Sanctifier 1 Corinthians 1:30 × Jesus Christ is our Sanctifier. 1 Corinthians 1:30 - And because of him you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption... Many Christians understand God’s promise of salvation but do not experience the ongoing sanctifying work of Jesus Christ in their lives. For those who neither understand nor allow the Holy Spirit’s control in their lives, the results have a profound effect. Unsuccessful struggle against sin and a lack of power in life and ministry frustrate those who have asked Jesus to be their Savior but not their Sanctifier, resulting in a lack of joy in their walk with Christ. At the point when we are born again, we become members of God’s family. We believe He paid the price for our sin and that his followers are—set apart from those are not born again—and are seen as holy because of what Christ has done. Close

Healer James 5:15 × Jesus Christ is our Healer. James 5:15 - And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. A great portion of Christ’s time was dedicated to healing the sick. He healed all kinds of people: the blind, the paralyzed, the lame, the deaf, lepers, those who had fevers, and many with chronic illnesses. We find no record in the gospels of Jesus turning away anyone who came to him for healing, nor do we find that any disease was too difficult for him to heal. He even raised the dead. Miraculous healings still occur today—evidence that Christ is still our Healer. Close

Coming King Acts 1:11 × Jesus Christ is our Coming King. Acts 1:11 - ... “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.” The physical return of Jesus has been the subject of speculation and controversy since His ascension into the clouds, which is recorded in the New Testament Book of Acts. Knowing that countless millions still have not heard the gospel, The Alliance is committed to doing its part to complete Christ’s Great Commission before His imminent return. Close

The Fourfold Gospel is the Christological summary on which the core values of The Christian and Missionary Alliance is based and we here at Grace Hmong Alliance fully adopts without hesitation. We believe and share in this passion to complete the Great Commission—to take the light of Christ to places where there is little access to the truth—and bring back our Coming King.
